Bodfish Bob's Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

3/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1-1/2 c. frozen blackberries
1 banana

Preparation:

Combine apple juice and yogurt in the blender first.

Add fruit.

Put cover on and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 smoothie.
