Bodfish Bob's Cabbage Casserole |
Here's an easy recipe that we use down at the ranch.
Ingredients:
1 sm head cabbage
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup raw rice
1 big can tomatoes
Preparation:
Shred one small head of cabbage.
Sauté one pound of ground beef and drain.
In a casserole, put in the cabbage and then add the
meat on top of the cabbage.
Add 1/2 to cup raw rice plus one big can of
tomatoes.
Bake covered at 350° for about one hour.
