Bodfish Bob's Crab Cakes

Here's an easy one ol' Bob makes it when nothing else sounds good.
Squirt a little lemon juice or tartar sauce on these goodies and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 lb crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
Italian Bread Crumbs

Preparation:

Use just enough Italian Bread Crumbs to hold crab cakes together.

You don't want your crab cakes to taste like breading.

Fry till golden brown.
