Bodfish Style Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh cranberries
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low & simmer for 10 minutes,
until berries pop open.

Stir foam back into sauce.

Cool to room temperature.
