juicy chicken? Well this roasted chicken recipe is
for you.
Roasted chicken is a very easy meal which will
delight your family.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 pounds Fresh Whole Chicken
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 teaspoon Crushed Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour 15
minutes
1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2. Remove the neck and giblets from the
whole chicken and rinse the chicken with water. Pat
dry.
3. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise,
Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt and
pepper.
4. Coat chicken thoroughly with mixture.
5. Place the chicken a shallow roasting pan and
bake in top third of oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or
until the chicken is done and juices run clear.
6. Before carving let the chicken rest for 5 to 10
minutes.
Enjoy your roasted chicken with a nice salad and
