Shrimp Aztec

Ingredients:

1 lb. raw Shrimp (medium size, shelled and deveined)
¼ tsp. Coriander Seeds (whole)
½ tsp. fresh Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Triple Sec
3 tbsp. Olive Oil

Preparation:

Soak shrimp in Triple Sec and soy sauce for ½ hour in covered dish in refrigerator.

Lightly sauté garlic in oil, add shrimp with the marinade of Triple Sec and soy sauce.

Cook shrimp until firm, add coriander, toss lightly.

Very nice served over pasta.
